The Subprime Window

As you know, the current economic condition of our country is an issue. The subprime mortgage has thrown off balance the ecology of our entire economic system which has even affected other economies worldwide. Though our current condition is an issue, it is also a valuable lesson reminding us how delicate the ecology of our system really is. In this lesson the impacts of this event are negative; however, this lesson implies that a positive event can have the same large scale affects. The Window Man is currently developing a project that will positively impact our country; we are developing a project that will help save the day.

Over fifty percent of our dependency on foreign fossil fuel comes from the energy we use in our homes. And over seventy percent of this energy is lost through old inefficient windows. These windows dissipate your home’s heat in the winter and allow the sun’s rays to heat your home in the summer. These subprime windows are a waste of energy, and as we all know, wasted energy is wasted money. This wasted money could be used to stimulate our economy but instead it is being used to purchase these fossil fuels only making our current situation worse. Something needs to be done and we at The Window Man feel it is our obligation.

The Window Man is developing a project that offers you an inexpensive means to make your home more energy efficient; it is a project to make our America better. We feel that by offering you such a great price on high quality energy efficient products that you will help us in our campaign to fight these subprime windows. Replacing your windows is fast, convenient, and easy. All you have to do to help is call us or fill out our online form to schedule an appointment .

I am here to help

In our current situation, it is necessary that "we the people" take a stance to protect our jobs, our property, and most importantly our future. The subprime mortgage is no longer in the news; however, it is still having its large scale affects on our economy and general well being, nationwide. The bailout supposedly fixed the banking industry, but yet banks still are not lending. Coupled with the loss of jobs and health insurance, people are still losing their homes, and this has caused our homes' values to dwindle. Instead of lending to the homeowner to help procure a more stable future, banks are using bailout money to trade amongst themselves making profits that are paid out in the form of bonuses to those who are already grossly rich. This is not acceptable.

Though most government money has been allotted to those meddling in the upper-stratosphere of our economy, Uncle Sam is offering to "we," on main street, two stimulus programs, but only until their funds run dry: the "Car Allowance Rebate System," giving a rebate of $3,500 or $4,500 on vehicle trade-ins toward new, more fuel efficient cars, and "The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act" giving a 30% tax rebate of up to $1,500 for improving the home, namely with qualified energy efficient windows and doors. If taken advantage of, these programs will help stimulate the job market, our economy, and will help maintain the property values of homes with these improvements. We must act now. We must act before the end; and so, this is The Window Man's mission.

The Window Man is giving away stimulus qualified windows at bottom line prices and free labor for their installation. The Window Man is giving you the help and the incentive, take the advantage. Take your stance in procuring our America a more stable future. Take your stance in making our America better. The Window Man is here to serve.
